Work Them
I have read a lot of times that it helps to ignore a lady sometimes to get her to be attracted to you. I entirely disagree. At least when you first meet her.
When I hit on a nice lady at a bar for example, usually when I first show interest she is not too keen. But if I keep on talking to her, or hugging her, or whatever, for more than five minutes or so, she very often starts to respond well.
My theory here is that women don't want to be seen as "easy" -- that all I have to do is say a few words and they are all mine. Also they would probably think that I have used some approach on hundreds of previous women, and if they say no, then I will go to the next girl.
But when I show them that they are worth sticking around for, they probably think that there is a genuine attraction between us, unlike all the other females in the room.
If you have "worked them" for more than 5 minutes and they are still not interested in the slightest, then it is probably wise to move on.
