Good tip over all, but I don't know about the part where she gets your number. If you ask her if she wants your number, unless she really dislikes you, she's going to say yes just to be polite. Then she'll probably never use it except to blow you off just before a date.I prefer not to give my number out until I've gone out with the girl a couple of times at least (or if I'm sort of friends with her before asking her out). Yeah, thats a good point Shiftkey, it's never happened to me before (partly b/c I don't go on too many dates, a few but not a lot, you know, I'm still in High School, so I usually just kick it) but I can see that happening but if that does happen then fukk 'em, you can skip that part and then just ask if she wants to know your name to see how interested she is in you then but that's why when things are going well in the conversation do I ask for her number. I don't do that all the time just sometimes.

As for your reply pureplaya, I just look at that as a real sad excuse not to talk to girls, what does an "urban" setting have to do with talking to girls, I don't even live in an "urban" area with ghetto girls, I live in a high class mostly white and hispanic town with a few blacks, my school has about 2,200 students and about 400 are black, maybe even less so quit finding excuses not to talk to girls if you don't want to even try the info given to you. I don't even remember typing "yo girl, what's up" And as for talking to a girl in a bar, I wouldn't know since I'm underage but I know it wouldn't be hard.
