Nervous About Your Big Date?
A little tip I discovered that works for me.
If you are a bit nervous about going to meet someone on a date for the first time, plan to go for a jog or some other form of light exercise about 2 hours before you are supposed to meet.
Reasons:
a) The exercise will burn up a lot of the nervous energy that you are feeling but which will prove to be a liability - burn it out of your system so that you can be more relaxed.
b) The endorphin high will put you in a good mood for at least a few hours which means that you will almost certainly be the confident/happy/dynamic guy you want to project yourself as.
About 30 - 45 minutes of light puffing should do. Don't overdo it or you'll be too tired to be any fun.
